We appreciate our customers that entrust us with promotional products for their company or organization. We don’t outsource to big “personalization factories” out-of-state. We do all of our work right here in New Mexico.

Who are we?

We are a family-run operation in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Our backgrounds include careers in marketing, design, and logistics/planning.

Wonderwheel is owned and operated by the Looft family. Gary, along with Erin, and sons, Max and Oskar, do all of the engraving, polishing, packing and shipping. We take pride in being an independent business and in our products.

  • “It depends”. Not the answer you were looking for, right? There are a lot of factors that go into getting your order out the door. The biggest is availability of the base product you are ordering. We may have it in stock, it may be unavailable until our suppliers get it back in stock. Either way, we will do our best to keep your expectations met. As always, communication is key.

  • Of course! As with pretty much anything, “the more you buy, the more you save” is how business works. If you have a large trade show/convention/national sales meeting, you’ll likely be needing several hundred or more of engraved tumblers or engraved glasses. We strive to make our prices as competitive as possible.

  • Trick question? As with most consumer goods, many of our products are imported. We like to buy American but there just aren’t many options out there. There are a few glass manufacturers that are still in America but most other products that we customize are from elsewhere.

    Please keep in mind that we are not a manufacturer. We customize existing products that help promote your brand or organization.
