How long does it take to receive my order?

“It depends”. Not the answer you were looking for, right? There are a lot of factors that go into getting your order out the door. The biggest is availability of the base product you are ordering. We may have it in stock, it may be unavailable until our suppliers get it back in stock. Either way, we will do our best to keep your expectations met. As always, communication is key.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Of course! As with pretty much anything, “the more you buy, the more you save” is how business works. If you have a large trade show/convention/national sales meeting, you’ll likely be needing several hundred or more of engraved tumblers or engraved glasses. We strive to make our prices as competitive as possible.

Are your products made in America?

Trick question? As with most consumer goods, many of our products are imported. We like to buy American but there just aren’t many options out there. There are a few glass manufacturers that are still in America but most other products that we customize are from elsewhere.
